Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to inform strategic planning
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions
- Partner with VCs and research institutions to scout breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for future innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment decisions
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
