Responsibilities

- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps for integrating next-gen tech into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption success
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry consortia to shape future tech standards
- Drive prototyping initiatives for disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech adoption roles
- Proven track record in commercializing cutting-edge technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and patent landscape analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping environments
