- Manage cross-functional innovation labs prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum systems, and sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology foresight frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
- Certified Futurist (CF) from World Future Society preferred
