Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2026 horizon) and translate insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation plans
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against industry benchmarks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving AI governance and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology planning and innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
