Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy secure, auditable smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2 protocols (Optimism, Arbitrum, or zkSync).
- Optimize gas costs and transaction throughput to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with top-tier security firms to conduct rigorous code reviews and penetration testing.
- Lead architectural decisions for cross-chain interoperability and decentralized finance (DeFi) integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for smart contract development and testing.
- Drive the technical vision for the Nebula protocol, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2+ years focused on Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper with a proven track record of shipping production-grade dApps.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, zero-knowledge proofs, and consensus algorithms.
- Experience with development frameworks such as Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
