- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale future-focused solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technology disruptions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and influence decision-making at executive level
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
