Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $15M+ R&D budget
- Drive sustainable tech integration in all product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience managing $10M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
