- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research initiatives
- Author white papers on future tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in quantum or AI (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks
- Proficiency in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Deep understanding of Web3 and decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Studies (preferred)
