- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a future-focused mindset across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
