Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in automation, sustainability, and human-machine interfaces
- Develop intellectual property portfolios through patent strategies and innovation documentation
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and establish best practices for future-tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience securing venture capital or government funding for experimental projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
