Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for sustainable smart city infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous system deployment and ethical AI
- Drive innovation in biotech-digital convergence (neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability by 2026
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite and external innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Physics
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in future-tech venture capital or government grants
