Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technological solutions including quantum-secure systems and autonomous AI frameworks
- Architect scalable infrastructure for next-gen IoT networks with zero-trust security protocols
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on breakthrough projects
- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable tech implementation in Fortune 500 ecosystems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies and agile innovation methodologies
- Secure patents for proprietary systems and publish in IEEE/ACM journals
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D with proven track record in disruptive tech deployment
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or distributed ledger systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals with minimum 50 citations
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience securing $5M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
