- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Prototype blockchain-based supply chain transparency modules
- Develop neuro-interfaces for accessibility technology breakthroughs

Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent quantum/AI certifications
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Proven track record scaling distributed systems to 10M+ devices
- Experience with ethics-first technology development frameworks
- Patents in at least two of: quantum cryptography, bio-integrated systems, or climate tech
