Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and future-readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products/platforms
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
