Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market disruption
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging domains: quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-negative tech
- Conduct technology due diligence for strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Develop patent strategies around breakthrough innovations in decentralized systems
- Oversee ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech deployment protocols
- Mentor next-gen tech talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in future technologies
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in regulatory tech (RegTech) and policy innovation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
