As a key member of our R&D division, you'll bridge the gap between theoretical breakthroughs and market-ready solutions, ensuring our innovations remain ethically grounded and commercially viable.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying advanced autonomous systems
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through compelling investor presentations
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on breakthrough initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
