- Manage innovation portfolios and R&D budgets for future-focused initiatives
- Champion agile methodologies to accelerate prototyping and validation of future concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Track record of launching successful technology transformation projects
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management
