Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to position Innovatech as an industry pioneer
- Design scalable innovation frameworks and R&D roadmaps for next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
