Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment by 2026
- Partner with UN Sustainable Development Goals to design carbon-negative tech solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M R&D budget for emerging technology incubation
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, biocomputing)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Google)
