Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 8+ years in R&D or strategic technology planning
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar top-tier journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/neuro/AI)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from lab to market
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
