Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with R&D labs and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Create innovation roadmaps with measurable impact metrics for C-suite stakeholders
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech summits and policy discussions
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
