Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in moonshot projects
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with >10x market potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and governance
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Drive innovation through our $500M R&D fund allocation process
- Maintain thought leadership through white papers and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AGI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to $1B+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture design, synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE or equivalent impact
- Experience leading teams of 50+ across multiple continents
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
