Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and communicate comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology strategy recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track technology adoption maturity
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Executive-level experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or neurotech
- Strategic consulting background with Fortune 500 companies preferred
