- Establish strategic partnerships with tech innovators and academic institutions
- Present technology strategy to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Define governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven experience in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and waterfall environments
- Published thought leadership on technology trends or future-of-work scenarios
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
