Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, spatial computing) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience translating tech trends into business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in future tech or innovation
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for R&D initiatives
