Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption strategies for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives in emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products/services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global outreach
