Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Develop patent portfolios with 10+ filings annually
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutes
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS with 10+ years experience)
- 5+ years in technology strategy at top-tier firms (Google, SpaceX, IBM)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in government/VC funding
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, generative AI, or synthetic biology
