- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Drive adoption of future technologies across product and service portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, TensorFlow) highly desirable
