Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
