Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, biotech) into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to the board of directors and C-suite executives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders for collaborative R&D
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology integration, or decentralized systems
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products/services with measurable market impact
