Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Design scalable frameworks for human-AI collaboration in enterprise environments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of zero-trust architecture and decentralized identity systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing multi-generational technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Experience securing government innovation grants and public-private partnerships
