Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, biocomputing) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable products
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Author thought leadership on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong background in agile development and product lifecycle management
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing) preferred
