Responsibilities

- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)

- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture collaborations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI topics
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Innovation Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from lab to market
