Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech integration) to inform strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for AI-driven automation, decentralized systems, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Oversee the integration of next-gen technologies across product development, operations, and customer experience ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investors
- Drive organizational change management for technology adoption and digital transformation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or executive leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of successfully deploying transformative technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum) at scale
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their industry-specific applications
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals across R&D, product, and operations
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CIO, CTO, or equivalent executive credentials)
