- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Drive innovation governance frameworks balancing technological advancement with ethical responsibility
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technologies through proprietary horizon scanning methodologies
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $50M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience mapping 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Track record of leading cross-functional innovation teams (50+ members)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D grants and partnerships
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and ethical frameworks
