Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a network of industry thought leaders and technology partners
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps and product visions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
