Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead research on emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3)
- Architect blueprints for next-gen digital infrastructure and security frameworks
- Coordinate with venture capital partners to identify acquisition targets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership papers on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives to production
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
