Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum applications and neural interfaces
- Analyze disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and materials science to identify commercial opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into client solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish ethical guidelines for emerging technology implementation
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitive threats in future tech sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into business value
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE) preferred
