- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into existing platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 5-10 year technology horizons
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong background in building and scaling technical teams
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
