Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Develop patentable intellectual property and secure competitive advantages
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
