Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess market viability for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for breakthrough innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends (whitepapers, patents, etc.)
- Experience working in agile environments with rapid prototyping methodologies
