Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ global technology strategy roadmap
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with business objectives
- Manage a $50M+ innovation portfolio across 12 strategic initiatives
- Present findings to board members and Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and technology analysts
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy or PhD in Emerging Technologies (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $1B+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Experience managing geographically distributed R&D teams
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Patents or peer-reviewed publications in emerging tech fields
