- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and risk assessments to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and talent development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
