Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems, quantum applications, and decentralized infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, climate tech) to identify investment opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape policy frameworks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotechnology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing global forums (e.g., Davos, TED)
- Portfolio showcasing at least three technology roadmaps successfully implemented by 2020
