Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and emerging market demands
- Lead cross-functional prototyping labs for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DeepMind, and NASA JPL
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and private innovation funding
- Present at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor a team of 15 PhD researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 10+ years scaling technology products to $100M+ ARR
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of securing 10+ patents in AI or emerging tech
- Experience advising governments on technology policy (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Fluency in 3+ languages including Mandarin or Arabic
