Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 100+ members
- Expertise in blockchain, metaverse, and AGI integration
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Sloan Review
- Experience with regulatory compliance in 3+ countries
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC partnerships
