- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners, startups, and research institutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology initiatives and innovation programs
- Oversee the creation of patentable intellectual property and proprietary technology frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or biotechnology
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business outcomes
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
