Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities and threats for 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning product development, R&D, and market expansion
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
