Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, prioritizing emerging tech investments
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology vision to stakeholders through compelling executive presentations
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and innovation methodologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of translating vision into executable tech roadmaps
- Experience in cross-functional leadership with C-suite engagement
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
