Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market trends

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technological forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
